Over the years I have gathered extensive experience in tackling youth unemployment at a national level. In this course I try and unpack what I learned, what worked and what didn't and in the process hopefully help other governments or organisations facing similar youth unemployment challenges with finding new ideas.
I highlight innovative approaches to public employment programs, the significance of community involvement, and the need for the government to take risks in creating job opportunities.
The discussion also touches on the human aspect of employment and the importance of fostering connections to drive positive change.
